Details About Our Return Policy

RETURN , REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

There could be certain circumstances beyond the Company’s control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. In such a case the company shall replace/refund or exchange the product to your satisfaction based on the situation. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with the company.

The return/refund & the exchange process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and are subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions.

Conditions for return/ refund/ exchange:

  1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
  2. The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.
  3. The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material,     accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s, IMEI stickers and promotional vouchers.
  4. The Return and Exchange are not applicable:
  • If the packaging is incomplete or product damaged or scratched.
  • Customized/special order product/s cut cable/wire, apparels, personal care, and hygiene product/s.
  • Online Activation Code is scratched or redeemed.
  • The device is having an activation/password lock, Find My iPhone (FMIP) Find My Mobile (FMM) or Find my Device (FMD) is activated.
  1. If the product returned, has any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, the Company will not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
  2. Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.
  3. Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged   by the Customer.
